1. ECB Clubmark

Barnt Green CC achieved Clubmark accreditation in August 2004 and has successfully renewed the accreditation ever since.

In achieving Clubmark, this demonstrates that the club meets minimum standards as laid out by Sport England in the following 4 key areas:

1. The Cricket Programme - Delivering coaching, training & competition to assist young players in achieving their potential

Our pathway to men's cricket can be found here

2. Knowing your club and its community - One Game - Ensuring that all clubs are aware of their immediate community. By doing so, a club can ensure it is meeting the needs of its local community when planning opportunities for people to participate in cricket.

3. Club Management - Clubs that are well managed tend to be successful. They have well ordered finances, and keep volunteers and members well-informed with good communication.

4. Duty of Care and Safeguarding Children - Every club has a duty of care to ensure the safety and welfare of any child involved in related activities, to safeguard them and protect them from reasonably foreseeable forms of harm.
