Sunday Festival Fun for U9

Teams from Earlswood, Avoncroft, Astwood Bank and Barnt Green played 3 matches apiece, on a lovely Summer Sunday morning.

Rotating 11 players, Barnt Green came with wins over Avoncroft and Earlswood, slipping to a narrow defeat against Astwood Bank.

All our lads thoroughly enjoyed themselves, showing that there's plenty of talent coming though in the lower age groups.

Our thanks go to Jane and Charlie for their continued support, and in particular with the BBQ.

The previous Thursday also saw our U9s in action - this time at a festival at Astwood Bank. Big thanks to Karan Gour for stepping up to umpire all 3 matches, and to Charlie for managing the team on the night.
